She goes above and beyond any realtor i know to get people their home sold or a home they are buying. Not only will she write up the deal, she will paint the whole dadgum house if thats whats hanging up the deal (not exaggerating). She even thinks outside the box to get deals done. For example, she wrote an offer that included a rare collectable for the seller to appeal to the seller. We thought it would be good to talk to several realtors about our options and a plan. But , after 20 minutes meeting with Rachel at our house we decided she is the only realtor for us! Rachel clearly explained everything to us and made the entire process very easy. She had a few reccomendations as far as updating the house before selling it and it really made a difference. Rachel has an eye for detail and her experience in interior design was a big help. Rachel started as a realtor and I would now consider her a friend! In a world where customer service isn't so great working with Rachel was a pleasant experience and we couldn't be more grateful.

She will go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect house. We bought our first house with her, and couldn’t bear the idea of selling it with anyone but her. When buying, we toured houses and Rachel was always on the lookout for possible problems and had tips on how to build equity. When selling, she had professional pictures taken, gave us the best assistance, built a portfolio comparing similar homes to make sure we were gonna sell our house for what it was worth. Rachel did an amazing job walking us through the house buying process and answering all of our questions. Little did we know that we'd be looking to buy a house a year later. We hit the ground running and started looking at houses very quickly. Rachel was so good about teaching us what to look out for when we were looking at houses and gave us a lot of pointers and support. We met an open house and immediately we could tell she loved her job and was a very knowledgeable agent. Shortly there afterwards we contracted with her to help us locate a home . During this time of looking for a home, Rachel made us feel like we were her top priority. There was never a “dumb question “ and we asked a lot of them ! From the first time I met Rachel, I knew that it was a perfect fit. She not only listens and gauges what we are looking for and want in our experience, she gives very pointed advise that was so relevant to our future home. I am so incredibly fortunate to have her working so intensely. She is always honest and it felt as though we were her only client but I knew she had so many more. If you are even slightly on the fence about asking Rachel to work with you, please take a huge leap because she will work with you until the end and you find what you need. We weren’t sure we could afford a house, and honestly didn’t think we had enough time to find one before our lease ended. Rachel Asiala started walking us through what the process of buying a house looked like and said it was possible to close on a house in the short time frame, but we would have to work quickly. She was super helpful and made the process feel manageable and answered every question we threw her way. Rachel connected us with Josh Veldman at Mercantile Bank and he helped us figure out what we could be pre approved for. Two days after connecting with Rachel, she was showing us houses. Three days after we were pre approved. And four days after we put an offer in on a house. Rachel walked us through every step and worked through every concern and question we. She was always a text or call away and was super fast to respond. Rachel went to bat for us going above and beyond spending time negotiating with the seller after a few issues were found during inspections. After lots of negotiation, many phone calls and emails, and all the necessary paperwork, we closed on a great house 30 days after walking into Rachel’s office!

We started our home buying process in January of 2022 and I am writing this review in December of 2022, and we closed on our house in November. Our situation was unusual, to put it lightly, and Rachel was dedicated and committed the entire time. She spent time researching, supporting, and picking up the phone to make calls to get what we needed. She's patient, understanding, and will go to bat for her clients day in and day out. I never worried once about calling her to ask a question that seemed silly, as this was our first time purchasing a home, and I never worried that she would brush us aside because she was busy. You can tell that Rachel loves what she does. I absolutely recommend her and would not work with anyone else!

Once I realized this I reached out to Rachel, who changed the entire process I was experiencing for the better. She was able to recommend listings and she helped with resources like lenders, inspectors, contacts for repair, recommendations, and options for all manner of needs in this almost overwhelming decision to buy my first home. Now, to finding a home. Her expertise showed me what to look for on my own while she did the same, and I had so many questions, and Rachel was always there with answers and reasoning to back up her observations. In the few times she did not have a direct answer, notes were made for the inspection process which she nearly insisted on being at, which only made the inspections better as I had forgotten to ask certain questions. Finally, I want to say that there were moments in some homes when I wanted to, and ultimately did, back out, slow down, or had reservations, and Rachel was completely understanding, never pushed me to make a decision, and supported the choices I made, without pressure.

Her communication is AWESOME and her knowledge of the Market is as great as it can get. Rachel walked us through a few houses until we ultimately decided building was going to be the best option for us. She did our negotiating for us, went over our paperwork with us in words that we could actually understand, helped us find the best lender and even helped pick out some of our options as she’s also an interior designer. !! We were introduced to Rachel Asiala thru Dan Jakubowski at City2Shore Real Estate. Within minutes, we knew she had our best interests in mind. Every question we had, she answered. in a timely matter. We made an offer on a condo that same day that we met, and it was accepted!!! There were conversations on what the renovation cost would be vs owning our dream home. A childhood neighbor of ours posted on Facebook that Rachel helped them with a new build so I reached out to her for feelers. From the beginning Rachel was informative, quick to respond, and helped us really understand what our options were! We ended up with a new construction home by Interra Homes and when I tell you Rachel is the best gem there is I mean it!! She makes you feel important, heard and understood, and like you are the only client she works with (even though she has her whole plate full). She is in your corner to fight with you and for you not only for your dream home but for the home you are selling. She went above and beyond and with a purchase of this size, you need someone you trust and who does everything they can. She exceeded every expectation, every conversation was calm (even when we moments of panic). I’d trust her with all of my home buying and interior design decisions and would recommend her to anyone I know! She is phenomenal and we were truly blessed to work with her.

She was also very knowledgeable about the properties we toured. She was also able to get me a home under asking in the 2022 market. As an added bonus, the house came with a neighborhood cats that has become my little buddy. I cannot recommend her enough.
